Awa Fam (Valencia Basket) seleccionada con el n\u00ba 3 por Seattle Storm, en principio iba a coincidir con Marta Su\u00e1rez (Texas Christian University) elegida con n\u00ba 16, pero que finalmente fue traspasada a Golden State Valkyries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Iyana Mart\u00edn (Perfumer\u00edas Avenida) n\u00ba 7 del WNBA Draft por Portland Fire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El baloncesto femenino del Principado de Asturias hace historia con Iyana Mart\u00edn y Marta Su\u00e1rez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Iyana Mart\u00edn, base de 20 a\u00f1os y 1.76 m., cumple su segunda temporada en el Perfumer\u00edas Avenida (2024\/2025; 2025\/2026). Sus inicios en el mundo del baloncesto fueron en el Centro Asturiano de Oviedo para posteriormente ingresar en la cantera del Oviedo Baloncesto hasta dar el salto con 14 a\u00f1os al Segle XXI. Debut con 15 a\u00f1os en Liga Femenina 2 con el Segle XXI donde milit\u00f3 durante dos temporadas (2022\/2023; 2023\/2024) previo a dar el salto al Perfumer\u00edas Avenida. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Iyana Mart\u00edn cuenta con un espectacular palmar\u00e9s a nivel de selecci\u00f3n en categorias de formaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Medalla de Plata en la Copa del Mundo U19 2023, EuroBasket U18 2024, Copa del Mundo U17 2022 y EuroBasket U16 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Medalla de Bronce en el EuroBasket U18 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Marta Su\u00e1rez, ala-p\u00edvot de 23 a\u00f1os y 1.87 m., finaliz\u00f3 su ciclo universitario militando en Texas Christian University. Sus inicios en el mundo del baloncesto fueron en el Colegio Santa Mar\u00eda del Naranco para posteriormente ingresar en la cantera del Oviedo Baloncesto hasta dar el salto al Segle XXI. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

2 temporadas en el Segle XXI (2018\/2019; 2019\/2020) para a continuaci\u00f3n dar el salto universitario a U.S.A.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La carrera universitaria de Marta Su\u00e1rez se desarroll\u00f3 en Tennessee University (2020\/2021; 2022\/2023), California University (2023\/2024; 2024\/2025) y Texas Christian University (2025\/2026).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Esta temporada Marta Su\u00e1rez con Texas Christian University promedi\u00f3 17.1 ppp; 7.4 rpp.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En la temporada 2022\/2023, Marta Su\u00e1rez retorn\u00f3 a Espa\u00f1a a finales de marzo de 2023, para recalar en el ADBA-Sanfer y ser decisiva en el ascenso a Liga Femenina 2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
